Potts Point Engineered Oak Timber Floor

This project is a brilliant example of how your choice of finish will effect your timber flooring project. 

This project in Potts Point demanded a contemporary treatment. We supplied a top-quality Engineered Oak timber flooring product to install above a new acoustic underlay, to which we added a rich dark finish.

The staircase was already made from great maple timber, so instead of replacing it we recommended sanding it back and staining it the same colour as the recently installed timber floor.

The result is seamless, contemporary and incredibly premium.

At the same location, we were asked to re-finish the exterior timber deck. It was made of good quality Blackbutt which we were able to sand back to fresh timber, and then polish and coat with a clear decking oil.

The deck was brought back to life very cost-effectively. Making it a spectacular location in the eastern suburbs to enjoy sweeping views of the city.
