Clovelly, with its exposure to the salt-air coming off the ocean presents it's own set of challenges for timber floor installers.
Just like anywhere else, Clovelly residents want to maximise the value of their homes and make their living space warmer, fresher and a nicer place to live. A new timber floor is the best way to bring that about.

We will professionally be there with you throughout the entire process. From planning, selection of your timber flooring product, establishing a durable and robust sub-floor, all the way to installation, finishing and an immaculate clean-up. We are customer-focused, and will move heaven and earth to make sure you get exactly the result you are after.
A wide selection of timber flooring options
At Know-How timber flooring we always insist on using quality materials. That goes for both solid wood options as well as the wide range of engineered products we recommend.
But a quality product is only the start. Without the surest hands planning the timber floor installation, even the highest quality products come up short.
That’s because it isn’t just about the floor. It’s about the air, the moisture and the way the sun enters the room throughout the year. We have more information about this in our FAQs.
Knowing how the atmospheric variables will affect your new timber floors is particularly important in Clovelly. We already mentioned the salt air. But you might not realise certain streets and pockets in Clovelly have their own micro-climates, bringing their own issues and their own challenges. What works on one property, might not work on the next street. Or even next door.
Our vast experience with all different kinds of properties means we will provide specialised, expert advice that will guarantee the best result for your home.
